Jordan Westbrook 0.2 Shoe Review

This shoe is comfortable to wear and provides good support for your ankle, but can be a pain to put on. The height of the collar means that it is a pain to get around the bend of the ankle. On the other hand, when on and tied, it feels natural and flows with the foot.

The upper is constructed from layers of materials, leather and fabric, which make a sturdy construction while the different textures make a nice focal point to make the shoes stand out. It also makes it easier to put different colours into the design.

The outsole follows the classic pattern with the turn circles at the back and at the ball of the foot. It gets good traction and the cushioning in the midsole makes this  very comfortable to walk in.

The laces are great because they tend not to come undone if tied properly and the designs on the tongue and and heel clip show the makers of this shoe as well as looking fantastic.

Overall, a very comfortable shoe to wear once it is on. The Westbrook range is great for off the court wear as he pilots the flagship Jordan model on the cart and will hopefully continue to do so.

Nike Air Jordan 12 Retro Review

This shoe has a strong outsole, springy midsole and pliable upper make this a comfortable shoe to wear. This is widely accepted as the most comfortable Air Jordan of all time and one worn, it is easy to see why.

The upper is made of softer material than the rest for a more plush feel. The signature leather stripe down the side helps make this more noticeable and stand out among other footwear. The laces are strong but do fray if not cared for. The tongue is also padded for additional comfort.

The outsole is tougher than other shoes and can seem too rigid at first. However over time it loosens up and creates a spring effect that feels helpful when jumping. This combined with the cushioning in the outsole make for a smooth walk.

Overall, this shoe is great for leisure wear and won’t disappoint. The combination of different materials and textures also help to make this a really stand out piece of footwear.

Nike Air Jordan 5 Retro Review

This is a very comfortable shoe with plenty of padding and support. This is a very high shoe, so there may be some squeaking as you walk in them. However when outside the other noises from the surrounding area will drown it out.

The upper is supple and doesn’t rub on your foot as you walk. There will be the usual creases across the toe box but it is near impossible to wear these and not get them. The tongue is also padded which helps to increase the level of comfort.

The mid sole has a visible airbag in the back as well as some cushioning all the way along. The iconic detailing on the outside definitely helps make this a head turning piece of footwear. The outsole has good traction as well as another great footprint for when you can leave one.

Overall, this is another iconic shoe from an iconic mans career. While the history alone behind this makes it valuable, it is also simply a great shoe to walk around in.

Nike Match Classic Men’s Shoe Review

This shoe is comfortable to wear while being stylish for tennis fans, but you should try it on before you become committed to them. If your foot runs wide then it can cause a lot of wrinkling and pressure across the top.

The leather material on the upper is supple and bends well with the foot, unless stretched. The toe box is flexible but it will crease along the front as the shoe bends in a short space of time. The laces are great and the metal aglets are sturdy to keep them from fraying.

The mid-sole doesn’t have a lot of cushioning but the outsole is thick enough that it works well as a lifestyle shoe as it is not intended for heavy exercise. There is still good traction on the outsole, but not if it is icy outside.

Overall, this is an appealing shoe with a lot of head turning ability. However if your shoe is wider than average then you may want to look into trying a pair before buying them.

Nike Lebron 13 Basketball Shoe Review

This shoe is similar to the previous model but with more refined features that make this a more effective piece of footwear. This is effective while allowing plenty of movement and leaping ability.

The hyperposite construction is still sturdy but allows for more movement with more clever placement of the stronger material. The placement along the top of the shoe also helps keep the shoe flexible while holding shape. It can be uncomfortable if worn for extended periods but is great otherwise.

The Flywire and laces help hold the whole top of the shoe down to the foot to keep energy flowing easily through the shoe. The outsole shank as it gives the shoe its shape while holding the arch of the foot in place. The heel loop also helps to make the shoe easy to put on and take off.

The outsole has pockets of airbags that help the wearer to leap further and higher while being comfortable to walk and run in. The midsole has a good amount of cushioning that helps to make sure that when the wearer is moving, the damage to their knees and ankles is minimalized.

Overall, this shoe is great for the sport of basketball and is still a step forward despite the comparisons to the previous shoe. Let us see if it will bring Lebron any luck this season.

Nike Court Force Shoe Review

This shoe is very comfortable to wear and has especially good ankle comfort. They are aethestically pleasing and will make people turn thier heads to have a second look.

The padding around the collar really helps to make walking along comfy with the support and comfort it brings. The upper is supple and allows a lot of movement in the toes. The laces also lock the foot down without hindering movement form the toes.

The midsole brings some cusioning but not enough to make you feel, like your bouncing along, so for more leisure wear instead of sport. The outsole has great grip with a ball point to allow for pivots and has that nike branding incase your leaving footprints behind.

Overall, this shoe is clearly not intended for hard exercise but for more leisurely activities, they are perfect. Great looking and comfortable is the name of the game and these shoes deliver.

Nike Air Jordan Westbrook 0 Lifestyle shoe Review

This shoe is designed to be the peak of fashion in Jordan’s lifestlye collection and there are a lot of features that show that. While inspired by the Air Jordan 11 this shoe is definately not designed for the court.

The outsole is thick and unexpectedly flexible to allow for more natural movement. There is not a lot of grip on the bottom but as this is not a performance shoe the bottom is a noticeable point. The midsole is hidden inside the outsole with a good amount of suspension for comfort.

The upper is split into two sections. The lower reflective part, and the laces section. The reflective part shines when struck in low light which helps keep the wearer safe. The laces have a fresh take by being tucked into the upper rather than being visible while also having triangular lace loops for another newer feature.

Overall, this shoe is comfortable and will turn heads when worn. It was a bold move for Westbrook to agree to make only a lifestyle shoe while championing the Jordan flagship model, however his fashion style shows that he has a keen eye and will have success in the shoe game.

Nike Air Force One CMFT Lux Shoe Review

This shoe is incredibly comfortable when worn and the only real issue is getting it on. Everything about this is designed so that once the shoe is on, there are no more concerns for your feet.

The insole is a very thick lunalon make which walking easy on the feet with very little feeling of the contact. The bottom is a good thickness to help for that as well.

The collar of the shoe is very tough and can make the shoe tricky to get on. Once the foot is a fair distance into the shoe, it can be used to pull the shoe on. The strap around the top helps secure the foot once it is in as well.

The upper is breathable, but can still overheat in above average conditions. The laces are great at holding both the foot and ankle in the right place for maximum comfort.

Overall, this shoe is all about being stylish in a classic silhouette while being able to wear it for a considerable amount of time without wearing down on comfort. Another update on this could be more flexible materials.

Nike Metcon 1 Training Shoe Review

This is a great shoe for most forms of exercise, but may be a touch tight for some peoples taste. While it has a great lockdown, it hugs the shoe very tightly and if you have a wide foot, it may be a bit too tight to be comfortable.

The outsole has great traction while being applicable to a range of activities and exercising. The grip runs slightly up the side of the outsole shank to assist in climbing and other similar activities. There is also a touch of the Nike Free technology to allow more flexibility in the forefoot.

Flywire technology is present yet again to help hold the laces in place and keep the shoe close to the foot to prevent loss of energy. There is also a heel loop to assist in getting the shoe on and off as the tight fitting upper may be difficult to put on otherwise.

The materials used allow a lot of breathability. There are also some air holes to allow more air to circulate and to allow the wearer to stop overheating while training.

Overall, this is a great shoe that can be comfortable to wear if you follow the sizing guide. Even when followed, the sizing guide does not take into account if you have a wide foot. If in doubt order a half size larger than normal to be safe without losing a large amount of lockdown.

Nike Kobe 10 Elite Basketball Shoe Review

This shoe may not be quite as aesthetically pleasing as the Kobe 9 Elite but it is more rugged and even more comfortable. The technology put into this makes this one of the most cutting edge pieces of footwear out there.

The Flyknit upper makes a return and helps to keep the shoe light and strong as the foot moves around inside. This combined with the high collar also help keep the shoe locked down to stop any loss of energy when moving. The collar is also stiffer than on the previous model which reduces comfort a tiny amount but really helps to keep the shoe stable.

The outsole has the same pattern as the regular model which provides great traction and great bounce. The Technology put in makes the movement in the shoe easy and effortless. The laces do all the way up to the top to stop the shoe moving around the foot and becoming uncomfortable.

Overall, this shoe is technologically advanced and contains a great deal of comfort points. This shoe is designed to give the wearer an edge and it has enough put into it to really help with that.
